Shane Bell

Shane has been writing code for a living for more than 10 years. During that time he's worked in Australia and the UK in banking, insurance, media and consulting. If you're up early enough on a Sunday morning, you can usually find Shane out on his bike training for his next triathlon.

Sean Elias

Sean applies a pragmatic and delivery based focus to his work. Spend a day at 3WKS and you will find him developing, designing and testing software. He's been working in the software industry for over 10 years. His pet love is awesome, simple to use apps and cycling.

Nick Okunew

Nick is part of the brains trust at 3wks and was building software back when the NRL was still the Winfield Cup. When he's not being inspired by brilliantly written TV series, or the vastness of the interweb, he's cooking up brilliant product at breakneck speed.

Kim Spithill

Kim's an ex-grease monkey who has product managed internet parts catalogues for Ford and Toyota and played under the hood of Vodafone apps. He now helps deliver apps (in a non-coding way) with 3wks. Kim tries to bend weights at the gym and loves coffee, wine and great food.

Karin van Heerwaarden

Karin loves hats which is a good thing really because she wears a few different ones at 3wks. Tester, business analyst, producer, giver of opinions, and general doer of things that need doing. She's been working in internet land for 16 years. UX and dark chocolate are very important to her.

Andrew Walker

Andrew’s inspiration lives in the gap between 'counter' and 'intuitive'. His focus in 24 years of startups and consulting has been speed and efficiency - whether it's project rescue, agile product launch or system redevelopments. He can finally get up on a kiteboard in 20 knots and wants to get into big air moves next!

Dan Walker

Dan's a man of sport, so much that he's been likened to a fireman. When he's not getting airborne on a kiteboard he's smashing out the next big things in the app world. Since Y2K Dan's been a web developer and an app entrepreneur. His experience includes investment banks, insurance and startups.
